Training & Enablement Specialist

Purpose

Deliver high quality training and enablement resource to ensure Bus, pilot teams, and key stakeholders understand and adopt EKM workflows, governance, and emerging AI capabilities. This role accelerates readiness and reduces operational friction during early transformation stages.

Required Skills & Experience

Instructional design background

Experience training on KM, content systems, or digital transformation

Strong ability to simplify complex processes

Preferred experience with AI-assisted workflows (copilots, content enrichment, metadata guidance)

Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver training modules (virtual and in-person) for pilots and early EKM processes

Create scalable enablement materials (playbooks, quick guides, videos, FAQs)

Partner with EKM Engagement Lead, Product, IT, and Change Management

Support knowledge governance and responsible AI basics

Gather feedback and report adoption signals
