  • Deliver high-quality training sessions on Performance Management Systems (PMS) and other HR topics to individuals aiming to enhance their HR knowledge and skills.
  • Demonstrate thorough understanding of end-to-end PMS processes and practical applications in corporate settings.
  • Provide hands-on guidance and real-world examples based on prior corporate or organizational experience.
  • Design and deliver engaging presentations and training materials to maximize participant learning.
  • Evaluate participant understanding and provide feedback to improve skill application.
  • Maintain training documentation, session plans, and performance reports for all training programs.
