As part of our business expansion in India, we are looking for an experienced Sales Head to lead sales operations, expand market presence, and strengthen distributor and key account relationships.

Role Overview

About the Role

We are looking for a Training Coordinator to drive structured learning and capability development across the organization. This role focuses on designing, executing, and optimizing training programs that directly impact business performance, employee productivity, and long-term growth.

A key aspect of this role is to establish a competency-driven training system that identifies required skills for each role, evaluates current employee capabilities, and ensures measurable proof of competency development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and develop annual training calendars aligned with business goals
  • Design and implement a competency framework defining role-wise skill and capability requirements
  • Assess current employee competencies and identify skill gaps across teams
  • Build systems and processes to track, validate, and document competency levels with measurable evidence
  • Identify training requirements based on competency gaps and business priorities
  • Plan and execute end-to-end training programs, including onboarding, workshops, and external sessions
  • Manage training operations including records, compliance, vendor coordination, and documentation
  • Track and measure training effectiveness using KPIs, analytics, assessments, and feedback mechanisms
  • Administer and continuously improve Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning initiatives
  • Drive modern learning practices such as microlearning, blended learning, and AI-enabled tools
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure training interventions are aligned with performance and appraisal systems

Skills & Competencies
