Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and creativeTraining Content Developerto join our Change Management workstream. This hybrid role is responsible for developing clear, user-friendly training materials while also supporting the operational and logistical execution of change management activities. You will work closely with the Change Manager to translate technical concepts into accessible content and ensure smooth delivery of change initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Training Content Development (60%)
Design and develop engaging training materials (e-learning modules, user guides, job aids, presentations, and videos) using industry-standard authoring tools.
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to interpret complex technical information and transform it into simple, learner-friendly language.
Maintain and organize a centralized repository of training assets, ensuring version control and accessibility.
Update and refine existing content based on stakeholder feedback and evolving project requirements.
Change Practitioner Support (40%)
Assist the Change Manager in executing change management logistics, including:
oScheduling and coordinating training sessions, workshops, and stakeholder meetings.
oPreparing and distributing meeting invitations, agendas, and materials.
oTracking training attendance and maintaining accurate training records.
oConsolidating feedback and contributing to training effectiveness reports.
Support ad-hoc change management activities as needed to ensure project milestones are met.
Qualifications & Skills
Required:
Proven experiencein training content development, instructional design, or a related field.
Proficiency with training development tools(e.g., Articulate 360, Camtasia, Canva, Clipchamp).
Strong ability tosimplify technical languagefor non-technical audiences.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Hands-on experience withMicrosoft Office Suite(Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) for scheduling, reporting, and documentation.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Preferred (Nice to Have):
Familiarity with change management principles (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).
Basic graphic design or video editing skills.
Experience working in project-based environments (IT, transformation, or business change programs).
