Job Description
- Training Program Development:
- Design and develop training programs, materials, and resources tailored to the needs of different departments.
- Create and update training manuals, guides, and other training materials.
- Training Delivery:
- Conduct engaging and effective training sessions, workshops, and seminars on a variety of topics including customer service, hospitality management, operational procedures, and compliance.
- Utilise a variety of instructional techniques to ensure maximum effectiveness and engagement.
- Needs Assessment:
- Assist the Senior Training Manager in conducting training needs assessments to identify gaps in employee skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with department heads and managers to determine specific training requirements and objectives.
- Evaluation and Feedback:
- Develop and implement evaluation methods to measure the effectiveness of training programmes.
- Gather and analyse feedback from participants to continually improve training content and delivery.
- Report on training outcomes and make recommendations for future initiatives.
- Mentorship and Coaching:
- Provide mentorship and coaching to junior training associates and new hires.
- Support the professional development of employees through ongoing training and learning opportunities.
- Record Keeping and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, including attendance, certifications, etc.
- Prepare regular reports on training activities and outcomes for management review.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in training and development within the hospitality industry.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in training programmes and processes.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the HR department and other key stakeholders to align training programmes with organisational goals and objectives.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives as needed.

Minimum Qualification
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Hospitality Management or a related field.
Minimum Job Experience
At least 01 year of experience in training and development, Fresher's can also apply.
