Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Training and Quality Manager based in Chennai. The role involves designing and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills, monitoring the quality of service delivery, and developing quality control strategies. Key responsibilities include assessing training needs, creating curriculum, conducting training sessions, evaluating employee performance, and implementing feedback systems. The position also entails coordinating with stakeholders to ensure alignment with operational goals and maintaining compliance with quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in training needs analysis, curriculum development, and facilitating training sessions.
  • Strong skills in quality control, performance monitoring, and implementing feedback mechanisms to ensure service excellence.
  • Experience in team leadership, effective communication, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data for improving quality and performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard training tools and software applications.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; certifications in Quality Management or Training will be a plus.
  • Prior experience in a BPO or customer service environment is highly desirable.
