Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Training and Placement Officer based in Nagpur. The Training and Placement Officer will be responsible for organizing and managing campus placement activities, collaborating with companies for recruitment opportunities, and preparing students with effective training programs. Key responsibilities include planning placement drives, conducting seminars, and ensuring the development of students soft skills to enhance their employability. The role also involves guiding students through the placement process and building strong relationships with potential recruiters.

Qualifications

• Experience with Campus Placement and College Recruiting processes
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in delivering Training programs and enhancing Soft Skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with recruiters and industry stakeholders
• Problem-solving and organizational skills to manage placement-related tasks
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field preferred
