Role Overview:
We are seeking a Training & Placement Coordinator to bridge the gap between our training programs and corporate or campus placement opportunities. This role involves managing student training schedules, liaising with colleges, and helping students get placed successfully.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule training sessions for students
Liaise with colleges placement offices to organize workshops and sessions
Track student progress and provide feedback to trainers
Support students in interview preparation and placement readiness
Maintain placement records and assist in reporting outcomes
Facilitate communication between students, trainers, and management
Assist in marketing VocalCode programs to colleges and students
Who Can Apply:
Fresh graduates or professionals with experience in education, training, or campus placements
Strong communication and coordination skills
Organized and detail-oriented
Passion for helping students grow professionally
Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and schedules
Familiarity with student engagement, workshops, and online training platforms
Knowledge of career counseling, placements, and professional development is a plus
