THE OPPORTUNITYSmart Node is building a structured training and knowledge development function.
This role is responsible for converting product, process, sales, and execution knowledge into scalable and accessible learning systems for the organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Knowledge Extraction & Content Structuring· Work closely with internal domain experts to capture product, process, sales, and execution knowledge
· Convert technical and operational concepts into structured and easy-to-understand learning content
· Define logical learning journeys for different roles and departments
· Standardize organizational knowledge into scalable training formats
2. Training Content Development & Delivery· Write scripts, training guides, SOPs, and learning materials for training modules
· Present and record structured video-based learning modules
· Coordinate with the content team for editing, publishing, and production workflows
· Ensure clarity, consistency, and quality across all learning content
3. Training Library & Knowledge Management· Build and maintain a centralized training and knowledge library
· Organize modules in a structured, searchable, and accessible format
· Ensure training content stays updated with product, process, and system changes
· Coordinate review and approvals with respective department heads before release
4. Onboarding & Capability Development· Integrate training modules into Smart Node's onboarding process in coordination with HR
· Conduct live training sessions for product launches, process rollouts, or capability improvements
· Identify organizational training gaps and coordinate with department heads
· Support continuous learning initiatives across teams and partner networks
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR· 0–4 years of experience in training, pre-sales, solution design, technical support, sales engineering, or knowledge-driven roles
· Ability to simplify and explain technical concepts clearly and effectively
· Experience in creating structured learning content such as SOPs, training modules, process documentation, or presentations
· Comfortable presenting and communicating on camera
· Prior exposure to home automation, IoT, electrical systems, or technology-driven industries is preferred
