Trainer (US Mortgage) - Unit Manager - Process Training

We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Trainer to manage multiple training requirements, implement them, and measure their impact. A successful candidate will be passionate about learning and excited about the prospect of leading by example.

Mandatory Experience:

Job Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Past mortgage originations experience to design, develop, and deliver training with two or more years of experience
• Must have excellent presentation skills
• Evaluating individual and organizational performance to ensure training is meeting business needs and improving performance
• Identifying training needs by consulting with business stakeholders and using needs assessments
• Developing and delivering training solutions that meet business needs
• Optimizing training processes for efficiency
• Manage supply chain in terms of planning, organizing, ensuring high conversion and retention from onboarding new hires till handover to business
• Exhibit agility in both method and approach to accommodate planned and ad hoc requirements of the business

Additional Requirement:

• Experience/certification in mortgage industry with expertise in loan processing & initial underwriting in US Residential Mortgage
