Trainer

Teleperformance is Hiring || Trainer: Banking Process

• Location: Gurgaon (94-95)

Preferred Candidates: Professionals with experience in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) or Sales Processes will be given preference.

Key Requirements:

• Experience in Training & Development, preferably in the BFSI or Sales Process
• Deliver effective training sessions for new hires and existing employees.
• Facilitate process training, product knowledge sessions, and refresher training as required.
• Ensure employees develop a strong understanding of process guidelines, business requirements, and customer handling techniques.
• Monitor trainee performance through assessments, role-plays, mock calls, and feedback sessions.
• Identify learning gaps and implement appropriate coaching and improvement plans.
• Collaborate with Operations and Quality teams to improve employee performance and maintain process standards.
• Track training effectiveness, maintain training records, and support employees in achieving business objectives.

Candidate Requirements:

• Relevant experience in Training & Development, preferably in a BPO/contact centre environment.
• Candidates with experience in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) or Sales Processes will be preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and classroom management skills.
• Strong coaching, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
