About the RoleWe are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Trainer specializing in Software Testing and Business Analysis to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in both manual/automation testing and business analysis concepts, along with prior experience in mentoring or training students or professionals.
You will be responsible for designing and delivering practical, hands-on training programs that equip learners with the skills and confidence required to succeed in real-world IT projects.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training modules on Manual Testing, SDLC/STLC, Test Case Design, Defect Management, and Business Analysis Fundamentals.
- Conduct interactive classroom and online training sessions with practical exercises, assessments, and project-based learning.
- Teach and guide trainees on requirement gathering, documentation (BRD, SRS, Use Cases, User Stories), and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Provide hands-on guidance on tools such as JIRA, TestLink, Postman, Excel, and other test management or BA tools.
- Prepare training materials, real-time case studies, and assignments aligned with industry standards.
- Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback to ensure learning outcomes are achieved.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in Testing, Business Analysis, and SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve training content, delivery, and effectiveness.
Required Skills & Experience- 34 years of experience in Software Testing and/or Business Analysis in an IT environment.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile methodologies, Test Planning, Test Execution, and Defect Life Cycle.
- Hands-on experience with test management and requirement management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestLink, Confluence).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
- Prior experience in corporate training, internal mentoring, or conducting workshops will be an added advantage.
