Trainer QSR

We're Hiring | Training & Development Executive QSR / F&BAmadora Gourmet Ice Cream | Chennai

If you've spent time on the floor of a fast-paced F&B or QSR operation and found yourself quietly rewriting the training manual in your head we'd like to meet you.

At Amadora, we've been crafting artisanal ice cream since 2011 across stores in Chennai and Bangalore. We're growing, and we need someone to help us grow right with teams that are well-trained, accountable, and proud of what they serve.

What you'll own:

• Designing and delivering onboarding programs for new store staff
• Building SOPs and training materials for product, service, and hygiene standards
• Running refresher sessions across stores in person, not just on paper
• Tracking training effectiveness through assessments and floor observation
• Working closely with store managers and ops to close skill gaps fast

What we're looking for:

• 35 years in training, L&D, or operations in QSR, F&B, or retail
• Someone who can hold a room whether it's 3 people or 30
• Strong on documentation: you write SOPs others actually follow
• Comfortable moving between stores; Chennai-based preferred
• A genuine love for food and the detail it demands
