Training
A. Marketing & Sales - Public, InHouse & Virtual Training for Domestic & International
Training Workshops.
a. Tele-calling. b. Emailing. c. Follow-up. d. Registration Confirmation.
B. Database Building, Structuring & Updation.
C. Logistics -a. Preparation of Registration Sheet and Co-ordination with Accounts/Admin for
logistics and payments.
b. Co-ordination for Venue and Confirmation.
c. Travel and stay of PPS Speakers / Sponsors for the workshop.
d. Follow-up on Venue Arrangements and Audio-Visual Arrangements.
e. Planning with Timelines and Co-ordination with Administration for Kit.
f. Supervision of Kit Material and Transportation.
g. Coordination with Hotels & Flight Bookings, Stay & Banquet Hall, etc.
D. Reporting -a. Daily Report. b. Weekly Report.
E. Post Event Follow-up
a. Thank You Letters,
b. Registration Details,
c. Payment Collections,
d. Certificates, e. Updating of Database and Workshop Contacts
F. Regular basis feedback & follow-up.
Social Media
1. Understands the overall concepts of the company services.
2. Brainstorms campaign ideas.
3. Provide suggestions to management for improving on social platforms and internal processes.
4. Manages the company's social media accounts and posts content in relation to Company Services.
5. Monitor various social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.6. Preparing a calendar of Posts for the week/month/quarter basis.
7. Ensure follow-up to implement.
8. Review of results of Posting like Viewership, Engagement, Impression etc.
