Role Description

This is a full-time Trainer role located in West Delhi. The Trainer will be responsible for delivering training sessions, designing course materials, assessing student performance, and providing feedback. They will also collaborate with other faculty members to enhance the learning experience for students.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering training sessions and designing course materials
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Ability to assess student performance and provide constructive feedback
• Knowledge of educational technologies and learning methodologies
• Relevant certification or degree in Education, Training, or related field
• Experience in the education sector is a plus

Position: Full-Time Trainers/Faculties

Preferred Location: Mumbai (Also open to Delhi, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Kolkata)

Travel: Extensive (Tier 1 & Tier 2 cities)

Key Highlights:

• Experience: 1–5 years

• Qualification: MBA / B.Tech preferred

• Skills: Excellent English communication & public speaking is a must

• CTC: 4.5 – 7 LPA
