Trainer IELTS

This is a full-time, on-site Trainer IELTS position based in Anand. The Trainer will conduct IELTS training sessions, develop and implement effective teaching methods, and provide individual feedback to students to enhance their language skills. Responsibilities include monitoring student progress, creating lesson plans, and conducting mock tests. The Trainer will also assist in devising strategies to ensure students achieve desired scores while maintaining a supportive learning environment.

• Expert knowledge in IELTS test patterns, English grammar, and language proficiency teaching methodologies
• Skills in curriculum development, creating lesson plans, and teaching strategies
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to assess and track students progress and provide constructive feedback
• Familiarity with using digital tools and resources to enhance teaching efficacy
• Prior experience in IELTS training or teaching English as a second language is preferred
• A bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field is advantageous
