Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Trainer in Hotel Management courses, located in Kozhikode. The Trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging and comprehensive lessons on hotel management, developing training materials, and staying updated with industry trends. Additional responsibilities include assessing student performance, providing constructive feedback, and mentoring students to prepare them for successful careers in the hospitality industry.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of hotel management concepts, operations, and industry standards
• Proven teaching or training experience, preferably in the hospitality or education sector
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to create lesson plans, training modules, and prepare assessments
• Experience in mentorship and coaching to support student development
• Proficiency in industry-relevant software and tools is a plus
• A Bachelor's degree or higher in Hotel Management or a related field
• Previous hospitality industry experience is an advantage
