Role Description

We are seeking a full-time on-site Trainer for Fashion Design to join our team located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Trainer will be responsible for teaching fashion design courses, developing and delivering a well-rounded curriculum, and encouraging creativity among students. Day-to-day tasks include conducting interactive sessions, guiding students on design projects, assisting in the development of design concepts, and evaluating their work. The Trainer will also collaborate with colleagues and maintain active involvement in professional development initiatives to stay updated on industry trends.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in teaching fashion design topics such as Fundamentals, Illustration, Garment Construction, Draping and Fashion CAD.
• Experience in Curriculum Development and Instructional Design
• Strong abilities in Teaching and Training with a passion for knowledge sharing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and inspire students
• A degree in Fashion Design or a related field
• At least 2-3 years of teaching or professional experience in fashion design or a related industry
• Familiarity with industry software and tools relevant to fashion design is a plus
