Role Summary: -
We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Subject Matter Expert in AI and Cyber Security who can help shape the future of technology learning. This role is not just about teaching—it is about designing meaningful learning experiences, mentoring trainers, and ensuring that every learner gains practical, job-ready skills.
The person in this role will lead curriculum development, deliver engaging technical sessions, and strengthen academic quality across programs in Artificial Intelligence, Cyber Security, and Hardware & Networking. If you enjoy simplifying complex technical concepts, guiding others to grow, and building structured learning systems that truly make an impact, this role will be both challenging and rewarding.
Key Responsibilities: -
• Design and continuously improve structured, industry-aligned curricula with detailed lesson plans, hands-on labs, assessments, and real-world capstone projects.
• Develop facilitator guides and learner study materials that make technical concepts practical and easy to understand.
• Deliver interactive training sessions in AI fundamentals, applied AI tools, network security, and core cybersecurity concepts.
• Conduct Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions to help faculty strengthen both their technical knowledge and facilitation skills.
• Mentor trainers and support them in maintaining high academic standards.
• Participate in technical interviews and faculty screening processes.
• Monitor training quality and implement improvements where needed.
• Integrate emerging AI tools and modern cybersecurity practices into the learning ecosystem.
• Ensure programs remain aligned with entry-level job roles in IT support, SOC operations, networking, and AI-enabled careers.
Required Technical Expertise: -
• Strong foundation in Networking (OSI model, TCP/IP, Subnetting, Routing & Switching)
• Solid understanding of Cyber Security fundamentals (network security, threats, vulnerabilities, basic ethical hacking concepts)
• Good understanding of AI fundamentals and generative AI tools
• Ability to translate complex technical topics into structured, learner-friendly content
• Experience in curriculum design and academic content development
Qualifications & Experience: -
• Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical training, curriculum development, or academic leadership.
• Relevant certifications in Cyber Security or AI are an added advantage.
