Trainer - Electric Vehicle

ISIEINDIA is a skill development organization that collaborates with academic institutions to establish specialized centers where students receive hands-on training in the fields of Electric Vehicles.

We are looking for an experienced Electric Vehicle Assembly Trainer to train students on Electric Bus & Truck assembly operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Train learners on heavy-duty EV systems: chassis, suspension, axles, steering, braking, battery pack, BMS & HV/LV wiring.

• Conduct hands-on practical sessions with real assembly setups.

• Teach safety practices, tool handling & industry-standard procedures.

• Prepare students to become job-ready Heavy EV Technicians.

• Support course content development, curriculum delivery, and project guidance

Requirements:

• B.Tech (Automobile/Mechanical/Electrical/EV).

• 2–5 years experience in heavy vehicle assembly / EV manufacturing / technical training.

• Strong hands-on skills and good communication.
