Position: Electric Vehicle Trainer (Electric Bus & Truck)

Location: Aurangabad, Maharashtra

Experience: 2–5 Years

Qualification:

B.Tech / Diploma in Automobile, Mechanical, Electrical, EV Technology, or related field

Key Responsibilities:

Train students and trainees on Electric Bus & Truck assembly operations.

Deliver practical training on heavy-duty EV systems including: Chassis, Suspension, Braking systems, Battery Pack Assembly, BMS, HV/LV Wiring

Conduct hands-on practical sessions using real assembly setups and tools.

Explain safety standards, SOPs, tool handling, and industry practices.

Support learners in becoming job-ready Heavy EV Technicians.

Assist in workshop setup, training material preparation, and practical demonstrations.

Coordinate with internal technical teams for smooth execution of training activities.

Requirements:

2–5 years of experience in: Heavy vehicle assembly / EV manufacturing / Technical training

Bus/Truck maintenance or assembly operations

Strong practical and troubleshooting skills in EV systems.

Good communication and presentation skills.

Ability to handle classroom and workshop training sessions effectively.

Passion for EV technology and skill development.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of electric commercial vehicles.

Hands-on experience with battery systems and wiring harnesses.

Familiarity with EV safety procedures and workshop tools.

Training or mentoring experience will be an added advantage.
