Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Trainer, based in Belagavi. The Trainer will be responsible for delivering training programs and facilitating impactful learning sessions. Day-to-day tasks include planning and implementing skill development courses, conducting assessments, and providing mentorship to participants. The role requires preparing training materials and reports, utilizing innovative teaching methodologies, and adapting to meet the varied learning needs of participants. The Trainer will also engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills to lead training sessions effectively
- Knowledge of educational methodologies, curriculum design, and instructional strategies
- Ability to mentor and motivate learners, foster innovative thinking, and promote active learning
- Proficiency in leveraging technology-based tools and learning management systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency in additional regional languages is a plus
- Organizational and time management skills to develop, plan, and evaluate training programs
- Experience with rural development initiatives, skill-building programs, or education-to-employment projects is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, or a related field; certification in instructional design or training is a plus
