Aptitude Trainer

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Aptitude Trainer, based in Bengaluru. The responsibilities include designing and delivering training sessions on aptitude and quantitative topics, mentoring and guiding students to improve problem-solving skills, creating and refining training content, and conducting assessments to evaluate learning progress. The trainer will also collaborate with the curriculum team to align learning materials with industry standards and support students in their placement preparation.

• Strong aptitude in quantitative reasoning, logical reasoning, and data interpretation
• Teaching, training, and mentoring skills with the ability to engage and inspire learners
• Curriculum design, content creation, and assessment development experience
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to student success and the ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning needs
• Experience or background in corporate recruitment or career development is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred
