We are an MSME Consulting Company offering multiple professional service products to small and medium enterprises. Our services are distributed through a network of Independent Sales Agents, known as Business Advisors (BAs).
Business Advisors are onboarded through a structured process including eligibility check (minimum 12th pass), assessment test, and interview.
Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated Trainer with prior experience in network-based selling or large sales-force motivation to train, motivate, and guide Business Advisors to invest in Digital Marketing (DMT) for lead generation and sales growth.
This is a training, motivation, and performance-enablement role.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Advisor Motivation & Training
- Conduct online/offline training sessions and webinars for existing and prospective Business Advisors
- Educate Business Advisors on:
- Business opportunity structure
- Income potential through ethical sales
- Importance of investing in DMT for quality lead generation
- Motivate Advisors to:
- Purchase leads from the company
- Actively follow up and convert leads into sales
- Address objections, mindset challenges, and performance barriers
2. Recruitment Webinars & Funnel Management
- Conduct regular recruitment webinars to onboard new Business Advisors
- Clearly explain:
- Eligibility criteria (minimum 12th pass)
- Selection process (test + interview)
- Role, responsibilities, and earning model
- Ensure compliance-driven and transparent communication
3. Telecaller Team Management
- Manage and guide telecallers responsible for:
- Calling potential Business Advisor prospects
- Inviting them to recruitment webinars
- Monitor call quality, conversion rates, and daily performance
- Train telecallers on scripts, objection handling, and follow-ups
4. Performance & Revenue Enablement
- Drive adoption of company-provided leads among Business Advisors
- Track:
- Webinar attendance
- Lead purchase conversion
- Advisor activation and engagement
- Coordinate with internal sales and marketing teams
Working Hours:
10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, 5.5 Days working
