Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Recruiter Trainee. This entry-level role is perfect for someone looking to kickstart their career in recruitment and human resources. As a Recruiter Trainee, you will receive hands-on training and mentorship to develop your skills in candidate sourcing, screening, and placement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and identifying potential candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and networking.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and records.
• Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
