JOB DESCRIPTION - MARKET RESEARCH - TELE CALLING INTERN

Role and Responsibilities:

. Employment Type - Internship (6 months)

. Work Mode - Work from Home

. Location - Gurugram / Mumbai

. Experience - 0 to 6 months

Key Responsibilities:

. Building database and conduct CATI-based telephone surveys with respondents.

. Probe effectively to obtain detailed and accurate responses.

. Record and update survey responses in the designated software system.

. Develop and maintain a personal database of respondents for outreach and survey participation

Qualifications:

. Bachelor's & master's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field

. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint

. Excellent communication and presentation skills
