We are looking for fresh graduates / early-career professionals who want to start a career in B2B sales and global business development.

This is an entry-level, outbound-focused role with structured training and clear growth opportunities.

Role Overview

As a Trainee Sales Development Representative, you will work on prospect research, outbound outreach, and lead qualification for international markets.

You will support the senior sales team by identifying the right decision-makers and scheduling introductory meetings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research companies and identify potential business prospects
  • Proactively reach out to prospects through professional platforms
  • Identify and approach the correct stakeholders within organizations
  • Understand basic prospect requirements and qualification criteria
  • Book introductory meetings for the senior sales team
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach and responses
  • Follow daily activity targets and structured processes

Who Can Apply

02 years of experience

Good written and spoken English
