We are looking for a Trainee in Risk and Quality Management to join our team. The ideal candidate will work with the team to identify, assess and mitigate risks while implementing quality management processes.
Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying and evaluating potential risks within the organization
- Conduct research and analysis on risk management techniques and best practices
- Assist in developing and implementing risk management plans
- Assist in quality assurance processes and procedures
- Participate in audit and compliance activities
- Prepare reports and presentations on risk and quality management activities
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in risk management or quality management
- Knowledge of risk management techniques and best practices
- Understanding of quality assurance processes and procedures
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy
