Position Overview

We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic recent college graduates to join our US Recruitment team as Associate Recruiters/Trainee Recruiters. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to build a career in technical recruitment while supporting our US operations. Comprehensive training will be provided to help you develop the necessary skills and knowledge for success in this role.

Work Hours

5:30 PM IST - 2:30 AM IST (Night Shift)
This schedule aligns with US business hours to effectively support our US clients and candidates

Responsibilities

Learn and implement full-cycle recruitment processes for technical positions
Source potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking platforms
Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate qualifications
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain accurate candidate records in our applicant tracking system
Build relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements
Assist with onboarding processes for new hires
Research industry trends and competitive recruitment practices

Qualifications

Bachelor's/Masters degree in HR/Business Management or any equivalent discipline (2023-2024 graduates preferred)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new technologies quickly
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work night shifts (5:30 PM IST - 2:30 AM IST)
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
