Position: HR Recruiter Intern

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated HR Recruiter Intern to support our Talent Acquisition team. This opportunity provides hands-on exposure to technical recruitment, candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, and recruitment operations.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a willingness to learn, good interpersonal skills, and an interest in building a career in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other job portals.
Screen resumes based on job requirements and technical skills.
Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Post job openings on various recruitment platforms and social media.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and documentation.
Build talent pipelines for Mechanical, Automotive, Electrical, Embedded, Software, and Manufacturing roles.
Support campus hiring, internship drives, and recruitment events.
Assist in preparing recruitment reports and maintaining hiring metrics.
Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Perform other HR and recruitment-related activities as assigned.

Eligibility

Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
MBA/PGDM in HR preferred or pursuing.
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of HR/Recruitment experience.
Passion for Talent Acquisition and Human Resources.
Interest in learning and building a career in recruitment.

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, or other recruitment platforms.
Basic understanding of engineering or technical roles.
Experience using ATS or recruitment management tools is an added advantage.
Interest in understanding technical and engineering job profiles.
