Job Purpose
To support R&D projects by executing experimental work, conducting wet-chemical analysis, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks in alignment with project objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute experimental work for ongoing R&D projects as per defined protocols
- Perform wet-chemical analysis of in-house and external samples
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of chemicals as per safety guidelines
- Record experimental data accurately in Excel sheets on a day-to-day basis
- Prepare detailed technical reports in MS Word within assigned timelines
- Assist in data analysis and interpretation under guidance of reporting manager
- Coordinate effectively with R&D and QC teams for sample analysis and validation
- Maintain laboratory discipline, safety, and housekeeping standards

Competency Profile
- Must have completed full time degree in MSC in Inorganic/Metallurgy/Analytical/Physical Only
- Basic understanding of Inorganic and Solution Chemistry
- Knowledge of Analytical Chemistry (hands-on lab exposure preferred)
- Strong documentation and data recording skills
- Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Good communication skills
- Planning and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and analytical mindset
