Job Description:
The candidate will be tasked with the responsibility of delivering IZMO assets according to the specified requirements. This includes ensuring that all assets are produced and delivered in alignment with project specifications, meeting quality standards, and adhering to deadlines. The role requires a thorough understanding of the asset requirements and the ability to execute and manage the delivery process efficiently.
Job Description & Duties:
- Conduct quality checks on multimedia assets, including video files, audio tracks, images, and interactive content.
- Organize and maintain a catalog of multimedia files, ensuring proper version control and accessibility.
- Validate that multimedia assets adhere to technical specifications, including format, resolution, and file integrity, before approval.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to verify successful transfers and ensure client satisfaction.
- Utilize quality assurance tools and platforms to systematically identify and resolve defects in multimedia assets.
- Document quality issues and create reports detailing findings, corrective actions, and improvements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues impacting the quality of multimedia content or its delivery.
- Coordinate with technical and creative teams to implement solutions for identified quality concerns.
Mandatory / Primary Skills:
- A strong understanding of QA processes is essential.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, including experience with Macros.
- Knowledge of Python programming is a plus.
- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
- Experience or interest in the automotive industry is an added advantage.
