Job Description:
We are looking for Trainee QA Engineers to join us and work with the project team members to ensure the quality of the delivery.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for creating and maintaining manual test suites for our websites and applications in Test Repository.
- Work collaboratively and closely with developers, designers, product managers and users.
- Perform quality checks for our web and mobile applications.
- Responsible for maintaining the quality of the applications.
Skills Required:
- Excellent Communication Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills so that you collaborate well with your team and clients
- The ability to solve problems for the job calls for tackling real-world digital problems.
- A strong work ethic with an eagerness to learn and become a rockstar coder.
- Basic knowledge of coding, because, well, youre going to be a professional software engineer!
- You will have to report to our Pune Office for this internship program 5 days a week.

Recruitment Process:
- L1 Technical Interview: The L1 Technical Interview is an initial technical assessment focused on evaluating the candidate's fundamental knowledge and expertise in relevant technical areas for the internship role.
- L2 Technical Interview: The L2 Technical Interview is a more in-depth technical evaluation, often conducted by senior experts, to assess the candidate's advanced skills and problem-solving abilities within the specific field of the internship.
- Communication round: The communication round assesses candidates verbal communication skills. This round is crucial for determining their ability to articulate thoughts clearly and effectively.
Terms and Conditions:
- Performance Review: Regular reviews during the internship period. If performanceis unsatisfactory, termination can occur before completing the 6 months.
- Stipend: INR 11,000 per month for 6 months.
- Full-Time Offer: Based on performance during the internship, with a potential CTC of4.5 LPA. Full-time placement is not guaranteed.
- Service Agreement: A 12-month service agreement post-internship. If a candidate leaves before completing 1 year, they need to pay a certain amount.
- Certificate of Completion: Provided based on the number of months present during the internship.
