Internship Role: Talent Acquisition (TA) Trainee

What You'll Do

• Talent Sourcing: Use job portals, LinkedIn, referrals & more to find top talent
• Screening & Shortlisting: Conduct initial HR calls and evaluate candidate fit
• Interview Coordination: Manage interview schedules and feedback loops
• Stakeholder Management: Work closely with hiring managers for requirements
• Documentation: Maintain hiring trackers and candidate records
• Salary Negotiation: Assist in offer discussions with selected candidates
• Hiring Analytics: Prepare weekly reports and dashboards

Ideal Candidate

Final year MBA/PGDM (HR) students

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in MS Office and basic Excel

Detail-oriented, enthusiastic, and eager to learn

Own a laptop and have a stable internet connection

Passionate about recruitment and enhancing candidate experience
