Role - Article Trainee - Valuations
Seeking CA Article Trainees to support valuation engagements involving businesses, equity shares, and financial instruments across regulatory and transaction-driven assignments.
Assist in business and equity valuations using DCF, NAV, and relative methods
Prepare financial models, forecasts, and valuation workings
Conduct industry and company research
Draft valuation reports as per ICAI Valuation Standards and applicable laws
Support seniors in client coordination and documentation
CA Articleship student (CA Inter cleared preferred)
Strong basics of accounting, finance, and valuations
