Key Responsibilities
Review and analyze patient medical records and documentation
Assign accurate medical codes (ICD, CPT, HCPCS) for diagnoses and procedures

Eligibility Criteria
B.Sc Nursing / GNM / BPT (Physiotherapy) graduates
Freshers or candidates with basic knowledge of medical coding
Good understanding of medical terminology and anatomy
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Basic computer knowledge
