About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-driven individuals to join our Business Development team. This role is suitable for both freshers and experienced candidates who are passionate about sales and customer engagement in a US shift environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and other channels
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into sales
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
Requirements
- Good communication skills in English (mandatory)
- Good listening and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work in US night shift (4:30 PM - 2:00 AM IST)
- Basic understanding of sales (freshers can apply)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Basic computer knowledge (Email, Google Docs, Excel)
