Job Ref.: K-300

Job Role 0 to 2 Years experience in HR function such as Employee on boarding, along with payroll, employee engagement at the plant level.

Experience 0 to 2 Years

Qualification - PG in Human Resource

Key responsibilities

  • Will be responsible for Employee On boarding / Induction
  • Responsible for assisting in payroll preparation & Time office management
  • To look Contract Labour Management
  • Responsible for grievance handling of female workers
  • Taking care of Training and Awareness Session,
  • Responsible for Data Management keeping records for audit purpose related to OMS & Customer audit.
