Be involved with all levels of hiring and manage the Talent Acquisition process for having the best suitable talent
Maintaining and timely update of Personnel File and keeping an internal check / review
HR MIS preparation & implementation in consultation with Reporting Manager
Assist the Reporting Manager in day to day activities /HR operations
