We are seeking a Trainee- Claims Handler to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling claims and ensuring timely resolution. This is an entry-level position with potential for growth within the company.
Responsibilities
- Process and handle claims in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Investigate and evaluate claims to determine coverage and liability
- Communicate with clients, adjusters, and other parties involved in the claims process
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Assist with other tasks and projects as needed
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- 0-1 years of experience in the job market
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
