Trainee Business Development Executive

We are seeking a Trainee Business Development Executive for a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad. The responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building strong client relationships, and managing client accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. The ideal candidate will work closely with the team to achieve sales targets, develop proposals, and ensure timely follow-ups on leads while actively contributing to the company's growth strategy.

• Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation strategies
• Strong skills in Business acumen and Account Management
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with diverse clients
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the technology or software development industry is a plus
