Position Statement / Purpose

This role is responsible for involvement throughout the monitoring lifecycle – understand requirements, create and review scripts, deploy in production and real-time maintenance. This role shall drive through providing excellent customer experience by continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities (Job Description):

  • Implement & adapt Agile process: You will be responsible for development, implementation, and maintenance of automation bots/scripts with emphasis on quality assurance and tracking appropriately.
  • Innovative Solutions: You will also be responsible for defining and driving innovative automated solutions into our overall processes that support and enhance the current Quality Assurance processes.
  • Stakeholder Management: You will work closely with various Business & Technical stakeholders to ensure requirements are met as per expectation.
  • Flexible with target oriented environment: Work in very challenging environment – 24*7 & with high emphasis on timelines.
  • Self-motivated & Good team player: Self-motivated & Good team player with ability to work along with highly skilled resources.
  • Keen for exploration: Willingness to explore & upscale with new Technologies.
  • Efficient communication skills: Good verbal and written communication with ability to interact with Stakeholders.
  • Working on various application: Opportunity & ability to work on variety of Applications for multiple clients on Mobile platforms i.e., iOS & Android along with all popular browsers.
  • Flexible with travelling: Open to travel (Client location – if required).

Background:

Education: Graduates – BE/B Tech (IT), BSc/MSc (IT) or equivalent ; Should have scored a minimum of 60% of marks throughout all academic levels.

Experience: 0 to 6 months

Technical Competencies (Desired):

  • Knowledge and Understanding of Core Java or Python
  • Knowledge and Understanding of Selenium, Appium, Robot Framework, AutoIT, TestNG, Sikuli, HTML, JavaScript, DOM, SQL.

Behavioural/Soft Skills

  • Effective communication skills and ability to articulate properly.
