Job Title: Trainee/Associate Digital Marketing Analyst

Location: JP Nagar, Bangalore

Work Mode: Work from Office (Mon- Fri)

Experience: 0 - 3 Years

Experience: 0-3 Yrs

As a Trainee Digital Marketing Analyst, the candidate will support the marketing team in executing and optimizing digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understanding of On-page & Off-page optimization
  • Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Monitor campaign performance using tools -Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite and dashboards.
  • Generate performance reports and suggest improvements
  • Help manage social media accounts and schedule content
  • Conduct social media audits and competitor analysis
  • Support content creation for blogs, email newsletters, and landing pages
  • Conduct keyword research and assist in on-page SEO tasks
  • Collaborate with developers/designers to improve website usability and SEO
  • Maintain and update online listings and microsites
  • Assist in email marketing campaigns including list segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking
  • Analyze user behavior and conversion funnels
  • Use tools like GA4, Hotjar, and SEMrush to identify trends and opportunities
  • Support dashboard creation and data visualization

Candidate Profile

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Eagerness to learn and stay updated with digital trends
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools: Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, SEMrush, Mailchimp, Canva
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and CMS platforms like WordPress
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail
  • Must be able to adhere to details during Link building process
  • Certifications in Google Analytics, Hubspot etc will be an added advantage.
