candidate should have strong knowledge of vendor on boarding, Rate Negotiations, ERP updating,
bill processing & to handle traffic operations.
Education: Graduation in any stream, person with MBA/ PGDM (will be preferred)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Traffic Executive/ Sr. Executive to oversee and
optimize transportation and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
managing end-to-end transport activities, ensuring cost efficiency, compliance, and seamless
coordination across stakeholders while maintaining high service levels.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day transport management and logistics operations to ensure timely and
- efficient movement of goods.
- Oversee vendor management, including on boarding, performance monitoring, and contract
- adherence.
- Plan and execute dispatch trucking operations, ensuring effective dispatch planning and
- route optimization.
- Drive cost control and cost optimization initiatives, including trip cost analysis and
- profitability tracking.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including E-way bill management and
- transport-related documentation.
- Handle accident reporting and ensure proper documentation, escalation, and resolution.
- Conduct SLA monitoring and take corrective actions to improve service performance.
- Manage contract management processes, including negotiations and renewals.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports for operational performance, cost analysis, and
- management review.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, operations, finance) to ensure smooth operational
- flow.
- Analyse trip profitability and identify opportunities for efficiency improvement.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of transport management and logistics operations
- Excellent vendor and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in MIS reporting and data analysis
- Strong analytical skills for cost control and optimization
- Knowledge of compliance management and E-way bill processes
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any stream, PGDM/ MBA will be an added advantage.
