We are seeking an experienced Trademark Paralegal to join our legal team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in trademark law and will be responsible for supporting our attorneys in managing trademark portfolios, conducting research, and handling various trademark-related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct trademark searches and analyze search results.
• Assist in the preparation and filing of trademark applications and related documents.
• Manage and maintain trademark portfolios for clients.
• Monitor and enforce trademark rights, including watching for potential infringements.
• Prepare and respond to office actions from trademark offices.
• Assist with trademark litigation support as needed.
• Keep up-to-date with trademark laws and regulations in India and internationally.
• Prepare reports and communicate with clients regarding trademark matters.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in law or a related field.
• 6-9 years of experience in trademark law or intellectual property.
• Strong understanding of trademark laws and procedures in India.
• Excellent research and analytical skills.
• Proficient in legal writing and documentation.
• Experience with trademark databases and software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
