Role & Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Acquire high-value CASA (Current Account Savings Account) relationships from within the group and external sources
- Increase Customer to Group (CTG) and Product to Group (PTG) ratios by identifying opportunities across client portfolios
- Build and manage strong relationships with key current account-led clients ensuring consistent engagement and satisfaction
Revenue Generation & Product Cross-Sell
- Drive CA value growth and generate fee income from Trade Forex, Retail Banking, and Business Banking relationships
- Cross-sell wealth management products including Mutual Funds (MF), Life Insurance (LI), General Insurance (GI), Credit Cards (CC), Lockers, and Y-SEC
- Deepen relationships and upsell additional banking products to meet goal sheet targets across CASA, BB, CMS, LI, MF, Locker, NTB acquisition, and more
Customer Experience & Servicing
- Deliver superlative client servicing standards and ensure a differentiated experience aligned with the bank's value proposition
- Ensure minimum YFB threshold is maintained and business customer retention is achieved
- Provide timely feedback to internal teams to improve product offerings and service delivery
Product Expertise & Solutioning
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of transactional and commercial banking products
- Offer tailored solutions such as Trade Forex, CMS, POS, Payment Gateway Solutions, Doorstep Banking, Working Capital Loans, OPDT, and Family SA
- Position relevant banking benefits to match the client's business requirements and financial needs
Lead Generation & Business Development
- Generate a robust pipeline of New to Bank (NTB) prospects through client referrals and profiling
- Understand clients nature of business and financial models to identify opportunities and mitigate risks
- Collaborate effectively in a cross-functional environment to meet shared business goals
