- Manage banking and investment relationships with Yes Premia clients, ensuring growth in liabilities and investment business
- Develop and expand relationships by providing service levels that exceed client expectations for the premium segment
- Identify high-potential relationships to maximize revenue and customer wallet share
Business Development & Sales
- Achieve sales targets across product categories including liabilities, retail assets, business banking, forex, credit cards, and investments
- Proactively sell the full suite of consumer and commercial banking products to existing and new customers
- Deepen existing relationships or acquire new clients to increase CASA balances and overall portfolio value
- Drive cross-sell and upsell of bank products to increase customer penetration and relationship value
Customer Engagement & Service Delivery
- Ensure quality engagement with each mapped relationship to maintain desired relationship values
- Act as the primary point of contact for mapped clients and ensure timely resolution of service and sales-related issues
- Foster long-term loyalty through consistent client interaction and personalized solutions
Investment Advisory & Fee Income Generation
- Analyze client financial needs and recommend suitable investment and insurance products with full transparency
- Drive fee income by promoting products such as mutual funds, life insurance, general insurance, and structured investments
Compliance & Audit Adherence
- Ensure full adherence to internal bank policies and external compliance regulations (RBI, SEBI, AMFI, IRDA, etc.)
- Maintain high standards of customer data accuracy, KYC norms, and acquisition protocols
