Work Model: 5 Days Work From Office (WFO)
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with experience in Trade Support, Cash Reconciliation, and Transaction Processing. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of Alternative Investments, Equity Funds, and Hedge Funds, along with strong communication and stakeholder management skills. The role involves managing trade operations, cash management, settlements, reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with operational controls.
Must-Have Skills

- End-of-Day (EOD) and Intraday Reconciliations
- Stakeholder Management
Key Responsibilities
- Perform trade capture and transaction processing activities.
- Manage cash reconciliation and cash management processes.
- Handle trade settlements and bookkeeping activities.
- Conduct reconciliation and control checks to ensure data accuracy.
- Resolve operational queries and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support audit, regulatory, and compliance-related activities.
- Maintain operational controls and ensure adherence to established procedures and policies.
- Monitor and investigate reconciliation breaks and drive timely resolution.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience in fund operations, investment banking operations, or financial services.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reconciliation tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
