Requirements

Compliance

Ensure adherence to risk management and compliance guidelines.
Monitor and report instances of non-compliance and take corrective actions.

Customer Experience & Stakeholder Management

Address customer complaints/escalations efficiently.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely query resolution.
Monitor customer experience scores and implement improvements.

Trade Documentation & Quality Control

Prepare and review trade documents as per LC terms and buyer-provided SI.
Ensure timely approval and issuance of documents before vessel departure.
Minimize trade documentation errors and delays in LC presentation.

Shipment Monitoring & Coordination

Provide shipment updates to buyers upon dispatch.
Maintain real-time tracking of ongoing and future shipments.
Collaborate with internal teams for smooth shipment execution.
Ensure timely submission of insurance declaration sheets.

LC Issuance & Processing

Ensure timely receipt of SI from buyers and verify LC drafts before issuance.
Validate LCs before shipment bookings and address required amendments.
Track and reduce delays in LC issuance and payments.

Contract Management

Issue contracts within one day of trade confirmation.
Ensure signed contracts are received before shipment planning.
Maintain and update contracts in ERP weekly.
Update shipment data in ERP after receiving the draft BL

Preferred Candidate

3 to 5 years of exp with knowledge of export-import regulations, LC transactions, is preferred.
