About the Role
We are looking for a hustler mindset Trade Marketing professional to build and scale our offline presence across retail channels. This role sits at the intersection of brand, sales, and retail execution — ensuring our products win at the point of sale.
Key Responsibilities
Offline Channel Strategy & Expansion:
- Develop and execute trade marketing strategies for GT, MT, and specialty/EBO.
- Onboard distributors and stockists.
- Drive offline sales visibility.
In-store Execution & Visibility:
-Plan and implement in-store branding (POSM, displays, testers, shelf visibility)
-Ensure premium and consistent brand experience across stores
-Monitor planogram adherence and retail hygiene
Trade Promotions & Schemes:

-Design and execute retailer schemes, offers, and promotions
-Track ROI on trade spends and optimize for efficiency
-Collaborate with sales teams to push secondary sales
Launches & Activations:

-Lead offline product launches, sampling campaigns, and retail activations

Coordinate with agencies for BTL activities and promoter deployment
-Drive consumer engagement at store level
Stakeholder Management:
-Work closely with Sales, Brand, Supply Chain, and external vendors
-Build strong relationships with retailers and distributors
-Manage promoter teams and merchandising staff
Data & Insights:
- Track sell-in vs sell-out data and derive actionable insights
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Use insights to refine trade strategies
Key Skills Required
-Strong understanding of offline retail ecosystem (GT/MT)
-Experience in trade marketing, retail marketing, or channel marketing
-High ownership, execution-driven mindset (startup hustle)
-Analytical thinking with ROI focus
-Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
-Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Background
-Experience in skincare/beauty/personal care brands
-Exposure to D2C brands expanding offline is a plus
-MBA (Marketing) preferred but not mandatory
